Conditions & cancellation

• By cancelling from the time of booking until 14 days prior to the tour the full amount is refunded.
• By cancelling within 14 days prior to the tour you are obliged to pay 100% of total sum of the tour. If Naturguide Tiveden have to cancel the tour for somewhat reason you as a guest are refunded the total sum. It is advisible to have a cancellation and travel insurance.

Your responsibilities as a guest

• You check that your booking confirmation for your choosen dates and experiences/products are correct according to your wishes. If not, contact us as soon as possible to correct this.
• You check that you have given us the correct contact information when you book.
• You give us the correct info regarding names, ages, nationality, health status, allergies, physical condition and sizes (if needed) for all the guests at the booking.
• You follow all the rules and instructions needed for the activities, transportation and care for the animals. You are responsible for damages you cause by your behaviour.

Force majeure

Force majeure are unusual, unpredictable or inevitable events that are out of the control of the organizer, and which stops the tour to take place. Circumstances that the organizer cannot, within reasonable circumstances, could have foreseen and therefor could not have avoided or overcome.

Inclusive, but not confined to war, threats of war, riots, civil disobidience or strikes, governmental action, acts of terror, nature- or industrial catastrophes, fires, very bad weather conditions, floodings, closed airports, technical problems, maintainance or unforessen changes made by airline or train operators, like change of timetables, failure of IT-infrastructure (inclusive, but not restricted to our webpage).

Under these preconditions the tour operator is free from responsability or other consequences.
